Growth Fund: Strong leadership teams, led by seasoned CEOs, that have a track record of success and a culture of using data to drive decisions.
Venture Fund: Visionary founders or founding leaders who are capable of mobilizing resources and building strong teams.
Growth Fund: Financially and operationally sound, with strong funder relationships, well-trained staff and reliable systems and infrastructure.
Venture Fund: Thoughtful business plans that demonstrate an understanding of the resources and infrastructure required to grow.
Growth Fund: Successful track record of expansion and an ambitious vision for future growth.
Venture Fund: Models designed to scale meaningfully while maintaining strong outcomes.
